MyCase - Case Tracking Facility
Due to upcoming changes being made very shortly to our internal case management system, we will no longer be
able to provide a percentage based case tracking service in our MyCase app.
Instead, we will be migrating to a timeline based system where significant and other such updates are notified
to you in the same way, but are displayed in a chronologically ordered timeline allowing you track key milestones
and other events as your case progresses.
We believe this will be a better way for our clients to track their case as the timeline will include more specific detail about
events occurring as they happen during the course of the transaction.
We will notify you via a message at app login when the change has been implemented.
